About Us
I’ll be honest, I rarely read other blogger’s About Us pages.
I’ve grown tired of always reaching the ‘We’re on a Mission’ or ‘It’s time to make your blog work’ statements, which are closely followed by the free training, and then the slew of e-mail training offers to help start your blog. That’s not us, at least not yet 🙂
Adventure to Share
Content is a little light right now, but we have plenty scheduled for release in the future.
We haven’t quite worked out our niche market yet, so you’ll find Adventure to Share is more of a Lifestyle blog.
As our blog and YouTube vlog grow, you’ll see articles from the US, Europe, and South-East Asia. We’ll try to keep off the beaten track and as local as possible.
Our passions while at home in the US are; off-roading in the Jeep, road rallies and get-togethers with our Mini Cooper friends, and day rides and touring on the Harley-Davidson. If you live in the DFW area, you’ll see some recommended rides and day trips popping up in our content.
A Short Story
Ann and I met in 2007 by pure chance on the internet; I noticed some camping photos pop up in my Hotmail ‘My Site’ newsfeed. I made some casual comments which initiated a long e-mail thread. Over an 18mo period, we developed a long-distance friendship resulting in me going to visit her for a 2 wk. vacation.
Long story short, we ended up getting married in 2009 and haven’t looked back. We love traveling together and as a way of capturing our travel experiences, decided to share with others through this blog and our YouTube channel.
I should have mentioned that Ann is from Thailand, and I’m from the UK, and for the time being, we live in the USA.
We also have a large family consisting of two dogs, four cats, two birds, two lizards, and some freshwater fish. We also breed our own live food for the Bearded Dragon and Chameleon 🙂
Of course, there will be the odd product review of gear and tech we use and want to share with you.
We hope there will be something for everyone as our content grows, our goal, for now, is to test the water and start to build niche content to grow our audiences.
We’re going to be hustling hard to get your attention and support. We’ll share our success and failures along the way to building our media presence to help others like us.
We hope you’ll be happy to join us on this journey and get to know us through the content we share.
Tim and Ann XOXO
